10m PCC Mobile Computer Training

Computer training courses are becoming more and more
popular as companies recognise the need to invest
in quality training for their staff. Previously the
location for the training was one of the major outlays
- office space to train 10 staff members on fully
networked computers are not cheap.
Enter the 10m Mobile Computer Training Unit

The design brief on this one was
simple. Create a state-of-the-art mobile computer training
unit with enough space to train up to 10 people in comfort
using fully integrated computer systems. The trailer
has to be robust, easy to transport and have disabled
access. Oh and air conditioning would be nice too. Just
another day at Blackburn Trailers...

The unit is a fully equipped mobile computer
classroom with 10 adjustable delegate workstations complete
with HAG ergonomic chairs, a raised lecturers podium and a
fully integrated IT system which can be connected to the host
company's network. Other features include a 50" plasma
screen for presentations, DVD player and networked laser printer.
The trailer comes with double glazed tinted windows, wardrobe
space, blinds, disabled access and we even managed to find
the space to include the air conditioning !

The
Mobile Computer Training Unit at Goodwood Race Course

The Mobile Computer Training Unit is hired out by
specialist training companies and taken to the customers
premises. Rather than send their staff away to training
courses, companies can make use of this facility on
site as the training unit can be set up in the car
park thereby removing travel expenses.
These mobile units have proved so successful that we have now finished a production run of eight units.
