If you guessed a set of starting gates for horse racing, you’d be right.

When Racetech approached us with the dilemma of an ageing fleet of gate transporters that would not comply with new legislation and a new design of gates that needed to be moved around the country, we could not initially grasp the concept and when we witnessed the moving of gates as part of our learning curve, we knew we had a real job on our hands!

However at Blackburn Trailers we never say die and 10 new trailers later, Racetech have a new fleet of trailers that meet ministry requirements that the drivers think are great.
