As Britain recovers from the heaviest snowfall seen for over 18 years, we’ve seen an unexpected benefit of the chilly weather. You see we were snowed in down here in West Sussex which meant that for a couple of days our team of expert trailer fitters couldn’t escape so we made them build more trailers!



easyJet Babes Get Steamy In Mobile Sauna

Brrrr! It’s a bit nippy outside but that didn’t stop the girls from easyJet from getting steamy in our mobile sauna on the streets of London. This 5 metre long PR trailer comes complete with lighting coals, internal benches and smoke effects and is now available to hire.



Unusual Snack Bar Refit

Here at Blackburn Trailers we are used to getting unusual requests. After all, if you tell people that you can build them anything, folks tend to take you at your word! So we shouldn’t really have been surprised when we were asked to transform a Second World War American truck into a fully functional snack bar.



Kompak Build Aircraft Carrier

This Kompak light aircraft carrier was potentially fairly straight forward in principle. The aircraft, a Europa, has a wing span of a little over 8m and all up weight of approx 350 kgs not forgetting the loading ramps and winch. However the tricky bit was to make the whole lot legal behind a Vauxhall Astra!

The recent Round Great Britain Offshore Powerboat Race saw another Kompak brand product providing sterling service. With the prevailing winds and squalls from the south west, the commentators had a cosy vantage point inside the Kompak commentary trailer.

Stainless fronted bar and snack kiosk lands at base of the Spinnaker Tower in Portsmouths Gunwharf Quays and starts trading immediately. Built to withstand the salty seas, Nelson would have approved the modern ship building materials used in its construction!
