General Specification

Firstly let us clarify exactly what kind of trailer manufacturer we are. Over the years we have built trailers for many different uses including merchandising trailers, mobile exhibition trailers, vending trailers, corporate hospitality trailers, catering trailers, first aid trailers and mobile offices. Every trailer we make is unique - we truly are bespoke trailer manufacturers. From concept to completion, every trailer we manufacture is custom built to your specifications and requirements. From a 100kg hand pushed cart to a 13 metre articulated HGV trailer. Interior or exterior. What you want is what we make.
We work to the very highest standards. Our chassis are constructed in-house and most smaller trailers are fitted with Alko Kober suspension, corner steadies and jockey wheel utilising rubber torsion beam axles, with auto reverse and overrun brakes, with full European back-up for warranty and spare parts and conforming to all current EU regulations. On larger chassis air brakes and ABS are fitted where required.
The bodies are constructed from smooth white GRP faced body panels. These offer good insulation properties and are ideal for sign writing and branding. They are assembled using structural aluminium extrusions, which are bonded and mechanically fixed.
Trailer bodies are available in a variety of styles, both with and without aerodynamic GRP front mouldings. The roof is available either double skin daylight or fully insulated non-daylight, with optional non-slip walk on surface. Floors are treated 18mm plywood, with carpet, vinyl or other finish and for access we manufacture aluminium, lightweight, folding platforms and stages, steps, handrails and disabled ramps.
